Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email), your coaching conversations, videos you choose to upload for analysis, and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We also record basic site usage — pages viewed and buttons clicked — so we can improve the service.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether visitors who click our ads go on to start a free trial or a membership. This sends Google page-view and conversion events (such as a completed signup or purchase), which may include a pseudonymous click identifier.

Visitors in regions that require consent (the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Quebec) see a cookie banner and are measured only after accepting. You can change your choice anytime from the Cookie settings link in the footer.

How we use information

To run coaching conversations, personalize plans, analyze videos you submit, compare later clips with earlier feedback, manage your membership, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded clips are stored privately under the signed-in account. Temporary secure links are created when the clip needs to be played or processed by the AI service that performs the analysis.

Children's videos

A parent or legal guardian should control the account and upload decisions for a child. Do not upload another child's video unless you have permission from that child's parent or guardian.

Uploaded clips remain saved to the account so the coach can support follow-up questions and compare later work with earlier feedback. The account owner can delete each saved clip and its conversation from Video Analysis at any time.

Your choices

You can withdraw cookie consent anytime via Cookie settings in the footer — the change applies immediately. You can delete individual videos from Video Analysis, cancel your membership from your account page, and contact us to request deletion of your account and its data.
