The 15-minute daily wall ball routine
Run this in order. Stand 5-7 yards from the wall, feet shoulder width, stick in the box. Count reps out loud — it keeps the pace honest.
1. Warm-up: 50 right / 50 left
Straight overhand catch and throw, 50 each hand. Cue: soft hands giving with the ball, top-wrist snap on release, eyes on one brick.
2. Quick stick: 25 each hand
No cradle at all — catch and release in one motion. Cue: short compact motion, the ball never stops in the pocket.
3. Cross-handed: 25 each way
Throw right, catch left; throw left, catch right. Cue: rotate your whole torso, don't reach across your body with the stick.
4. One hand: 15 each hand
Top hand only, elbow up. Cue: this builds the wrist strength that makes one-handed game catches possible.
5. Split-dodge finisher: 3 sets of 10
Catch right, split-dodge in place, throw left. Cue: sell the dodge with your shoulders before the hands switch.
